All components entering the companies repair cycle are processed in the following manner:

• Receipt: Work instructions are issued and the component is inspected and tested to determine integrity.
• Quote: At this stage a detailed quotation will be prepared and submitted confirming results of initial findings and a costing for the required repairs. On receipt of customer approval and instructions A&I will undertake the required component repair/service.
• Repair: When repaired, the component will be cleaned and re-tested to pass final inspection.
• Shipping: The component will be prepared for shipping complete with inhibiting if required and customised packaging.
